Stephanie is a Junior Research Associate at Strength in Numbers Consulting Group. In this role, she conducts analysis, creates data visualizations, and synthesizes findings for local and national organizations, primarily to evaluate programs and research issues in the current social climate. Her hope is to use data to drive systemic change for underserved communities.

Prior to Strength in Numbers, Stephanie worked for two years at the University of Pennsylvania’s Risk and Resilience Lab, where she studied the interplay between biology and social context across the life course. Her clinical experience comes from an internship at the Autism Clinical Center at the Child Mind Institute, where she teaches youth with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) how to engage in prosocial behaviors. She received a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and conducted her senior thesis on the relationship between exposure to community violence and later antisocial and criminal behavior. Her areas of interest include educational equity, developmental psychopathology and minority adolescent mental health.
