Advocates for Youth

The Youth Risk Behavior Survey added questions about gender expression for the first time in 2013. Strength in Numbers analyzed the data from this complex, population-based survey of high school students and produced a report for Advocates for Youth suggesting that gender expression has important impacts on the health of young people in the United States.
