Henok Waltengus

Henok Waltengus serves as the Operations and Special Projects Associate at Strength in Numbers, where he manages a range of administrative functions and special projects to maintain the organization’s collaborative culture and effective business operations. In this role, he aims to optimize internal procedures and implement new processes to support the organization’s ongoing growth. Prior to joining Strength in Numbers, Henok worked at AFS-USA, an international education non-profit based in New York City. There, he aided in the implementation of a competitive study abroad scholarship and led volunteer coordination efforts.

Previously, Henok held roles at Trail Blazers and Oracle Corporation. He received his Bachelor of Science in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia. Outside of his work at Strength in Numbers, Henok remains an active volunteer in the international education space.
