Strength in Numbers is working with the Harm Reduction Coalition to build their internal evaluation capacity, including technical aspects of evaluation, such as determining appropriate statistical tests, data management and use of statistical software. We are also working to create a theory of change for their technical assistance and capacity building work and reviewing their evaluation systems.
