Strength in Numbers worked with Results 4 Development (R4D) on various evaluation and learning projects within their early childhood education and health work. Strength in Numbers staff served as members of the R4D team with monitoring, evaluation and learning expertise. Specific tasks included developing and administering workshops on theories of change, assessing evaluation capacity of organizations supported by corporate funders in South Africa and India and design of rapid experiments to improve program implementation. We also contributed to the evaluation design for work done by Roma organizations in Serbia and supported the hiring of local evaluators.
