The Worldwide Orphans Foundation (WWO) was running orphanages in Ethiopia, Romania and Vietnam when the staff realized that WWO needed a monitoring and evaluation system to improve their work and demonstrate their efficacy to funders. Strength in Numbers worked across the sites, including conducting fieldwork at the Addis Ababa site, to create a robust and enduring system and to help WWO hire their first full-time evaluation staff person.
